Make it easier for Guests to order catering with a customized Chick-fil-A Catering menu created just for your Restaurant. For a flat $50, you’ll receive a ready-to-print PDF designed to match the Chick-fil-A brand and tailored with your:

Printed menus are optional. If you’d like us to manage printing, we can coordinate production based on your specifications. Printing costs are billed separately, and most print orders take 5–7 business days. You may also use your preferred local printer.
Prices cannot be added to the menu. If you require additional changes, updates are billed at $60/hour and may require Custom Creative and Chick-fil-A Legal review prior to file release.

Terms and Conditions
Custom Chick-fil-A Catering Menu Request
These Terms & Conditions outline the details, responsibilities, and expectations for ordering a customized Chick-fil-A Catering menu through this request form. By submitting this form, you agree to the following:
1. Scope of Work
The $50 fee covers one customized digital menu delivered as a print-ready PDF. Your file will include your Chick-fil-A restaurant logo, your preferred catering phone number, your catering website, and a custom QR code that links to your approved online catering page. Menu pricing cannot be added and will not appear in the design.
2. Turnaround and Delivery
Work begins once all required information is submitted. The customized PDF will be delivered digitally. If you choose to order printed menus, most print jobs require between five and seven business days after the final design is approved. Timelines may shift depending on project volume, printer capacity, shipping needs, or required Chick-fil-A reviews.
3. Printing and Production
You may choose to have your menus printed through us or through a preferred local printer. If you choose to print with us, you will receive a production quote based on your specifications, and printing will begin only after the quote is approved and payment is received. If you choose to print on your own, you assume full responsibility for the outcome, including color, print quality and file preparation.
4. Revisions and Additional Work
The initial $50 fee covers the customized menu file only. Any updates or new changes requested after the file has been delivered will be billed at a rate of $60 per hour. Some changes may require review by Custom Creative and Chick-fil-A Legal, which may extend turnaround times.
5. Required Approvals
Any content that introduces new language, changes brand-standard elements or affects Chick-fil-A intellectual property must be reviewed by Custom Creative and may require Chick-fil-A Legal approval before it can be released. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, up to date and approved for use.
6. File Usage and Brand Compliance
Your finalized PDF may be used only by your Chick-fil-A Restaurant for catering promotion. All content must follow Chick-fil-A brand guidelines. The file should not be altered, edited or repurposed outside of the approved design provided.
7. Payment Terms
The $50 design fee is due before you receive your final PDF. If you request printed menus, full payment for printing is required before production begins. Any work billed at the hourly rate will be invoiced after completion unless otherwise agreed.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
The $50 design fee becomes non-refundable once work has begun. Print orders cannot be canceled or refunded after you have approved the job for production.
9. Liability
You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted—including phone numbers, website links and logo files—is accurate. We are not responsible for errors in printing caused by inaccurate information. If you print with a third-party vendor, you accept full responsibility for print quality, color output and production timing.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting this form, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
