Charles' Barbershop
Small, independent service businesses frequently struggle to stand out in hyper-local markets, often falling back on generic logos and signage. Partnering with a legacy neighborhood barber, this project executed a complete visual identity transformation to coincide with the shop’s physical restoration into a premium, retro-inspired space. Passed down to its third generation of family ownership, the business required an identity that could honor its decades of local history while appealing to a modern, premium clientele.
The resulting design framework establishes a distinct, timeless brand presence, balancing authentic mid-century nostalgia with a sharp, scalable asset system designed for long-term operational growth.
